Norris Freeway

Norris Freeway, designated as a Tennessee Scenic Byway in 2021, winds 21 miles through the hills and valleys of East Tennessee from the City of Rocky Top through the City of Norris to the unincorporated community of Halls in Knoxville. The freeway crosses Norris Dam and runs parallel to the Clinch River. It will lead you to endless recreation opportunities including hiking, biking, boating and paddling. You can also explore nearby historical and cultural attractions including museums and historic downtowns.
